MAINTAINANCE CONTRACTS

Maintenance contracts are available to small businesses, as most people and companies take their computers for granted and do not realise the importance of the computer until it’s too late when the computer breaks down then the business suffers as a result. Our maintenance contracts cover 2 maintenance visits per year (one per six month period). Maintenance contract holders receive 10% discount on the hourly rate, and computer consumables and peripherals. Princeton PC Solutions maintenance contracts cover the following: • Personal Computers Desktop and Workstations • Firewalls • Software Applications Operating Systems, Office Applications, Email & Internet As a standard, Princeton’s contractual response times are 2, 4 8 and 24 hour, Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30, although, as all companies are different, Princeton PC Solutions provide tailored made contracts to suit clients’ requirements, offering a more effective and efficient solution. The engineer has a copy of the worksheet, with details of the reported fault. The worksheet will be signed off by the customer and a copy retained which will have all the details of times, dates, engineer's details of further action. Princeton PC Solutions will keep the customer informed as to the status of all outstanding jobs. Every fault logged by Princeton PC Solutions will add this information to our Computerised asset register and on a six monthly basis you will receive a copy of the asset register to monitor your computers performance. It is Princeton’s intention to create long-term relationships with its customers so we become your first point of call for all your IT requirements.

Prepay maintenance
similar to a mobile phone, you pay a set amount in advance. When you call us out to look at the machine we debt your account, you will receive a itemised statement each month confirming the balance.
