The engineer will attend to your site with a copy of the worksheet with the reported fault. If we cannot fix the reported fault and the machine needs to be removed and taken to our workshop then we will leave you a written serialised numbered receipt. We will also send you a full written estimate for any extra work that may be required we will not carryout any extra work without your authorisation.

We also have an account facility that we offer to our small business users, a 30 day terms account, this is subject to a stasifactory credit check and to our terms and conditions of trading. Contact us for an account application form or download a copy on the account application page. If you do not hold an account then all payments will be by a Pro Forma invoice.

Princeton can offer you maintencance contracts you can choose between a fixed 12 month contact per machine or use our pay as you go contract where you buy credit in advance and can claim back on repairs. check our maintenance contact page for further information.
