We will attend to your request, at a time and date conveniant to you and if we cannot fix it there and then we will advise you on the fault/problem whilst on site.

Callout fee £45.00 (INCLUDING VAT)

Repairs

We can attend to you computer at your home address, so there is no need to unplug the machine. If your machine does need to be taken away to our workshop then will will give you a serialised written receipt confirming your contact details and address, and type of equipment model and serial number. This is signed and dated by the engineer and customer. If there are further repairs to be carried out we will send you a written estimate for the repair, we will not carryout any further work without your confirmation for the work to be under taken.

Hourly rate: £35.00 per hour (INCLUDING VAT)

New parts

We can supply you with any new perpherials and consumables, we deal only with computers and have an extensive network of trade suppliers. We are very competative on our prices, please contact us for further information.

New machines

We can manufacture machines built to your specication or supply you with main brand machines. if you want us to install it for you, we will do this for you at a time conventiant to you and installation will be free of charge.

Installations

We can attend to your home address and install your new machine for you.

Wireless networks

We can supply you with a wireless network router to suit your needs and requirements, we will install it free of charge. (within a CO1,2,3,4 post code area's)
